Using Xero or FreeAgent I can manage all of your bookkeeping needs as part of a monthly package.
I’m a Xero certified advisor so I will promote the use of this system to manage your bookkeeping, and when combined with the HubDoc integration you will quickly see how you can save additional hours every month.
Services include:
- Client invoicing
- Processing supplier invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- CIS returns
- VAT returns
Bookkeeping is offered as a monthly package, starting at £50 per month.
Project Work
Implementing and integrating a cloud based or bespoke system will streamline your business processes and save you valuable hours every week.
I will work with you to identify the best systems and tools, and complete the set up process for you.
The following are examples of project work:
- Set up Xero, trial balance, chart of accounts…
- Hub Doc set up, integrate with Xero
- AutoEntry set up, integrate with Xero or FreeAgent
- Gmail set up
- Bespoke database – for freelancers and small businesses
Following an initial consultation I will provide you with the a tailored package to best fit your requirements and budget.
Systems set up is offered for a fixed fee dependent upon your individual needs.
Administration support
You didn’t go into business to do admin (unless, like me, you’re a VA!). However it is an important part of running a business. We can automate many aspects of admin by using the vast array of cloud based systems available. However some tasks just cannot be automated.
This is where I can help you. I can work with you to complete most of your admin tasks, to include:
- Data entry
- Organising paperwork and emails
- Form filling
- Analysing data such as social media statistics…
- Update wordpress website
The administration support you require can vary from one day each month to regular hours every week. I can work with you as much or as little as needed, and my pricing reflects this with either hourly or daily rates as well as monthly retainers.
